Karla M. Trigueros was born in San Salvador, El Salvador and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from Salem State College. In 1998, she began her freshman year in college as the crowned Miss El Salvador from a local committee in Boston at that time. Through her year as queen, she exercised her passion for community service and upon passing on the crown, she introduced her ballet, Danza Folklórica Náhuatl as her commitment to bring awareness and showcase the beauty of Salvadoran customs through dance. Since then, she has been performing on various stages throughout the years. Eventually founding and producing her own pageant, Miss El Salvador Massachusetts, USA, pageant that is geared to promote academic excellence through beauty, grace and brains. She is endearly referred to as the "Ambassador of the Salvadoran Culture", for her work promoting her roots through the dances from the ballet and producing her pageant.

Luis is from San Salvador, El Salvador. He is an award winning Model and Hair Designer. Luis has been with the Miss El Salvador Massachusetts USA team since 2008. His experience in fashion, hair and modeling will lead the creative team to enhance each candidates potential.
Event Planner / Coordinator
Mirna Gustave was born in San Miguel, El Salvador and graduated from the Hospitality and Tourism Program at Lasell College in 1999. Mirna has been a catering sales Professional and event planner in the Boston area for over 13 years. Her experience in contract negotiations and risk management allows her to think about the “unknown” of your event and to always think of Plan “B”. Her attention to detail, creativity, proactive attitude, and the ability to work under extreme stressful conditions - all traits that will ensure that your event is a success! On her free time, Mirna often volunteers at local events to offer her knowledge of event management.
Instructor de Folklor y Cultura Salvadoreña
Ronni is from La Paz, El Salvador. For nearly 20 years he has graced the stage promoting Salvadoran Folklore Internationally. He started dancing as a teenager. He was scouted to dance for "Escuela Morena Salarie" and from there he received a scholarship to dance for the National Ballet of El Salvador.
Jaime is from San Vicente, El Salvador. He is a musician, composer, and performer. He collaborated in the Latin Grammy Winning Song "Mi Niña Bonita" with Richy Peña and is currently working with many other projects.
Event Planner / Coordinator
Director of AV and Producer
Reyes is from Santa Ana, El Salvador. He is the mastermind behind the lights and audiovisuals for Miss El Salvador Massachusetts USA since 2014. With nearly 20 years experience, he is currently the Director of Event IT at Wellesley Information Services. Since 2004, he works as the audio visual mastermind for WIS where he participates in planning large conferences in the US and around the world, and has developed standard processes that are now required for every program that his current employer produces.
